Our company has share in two factories, one alloy manufactory and one plastic mold manufactory.

Our alloy manufactory provides a whole set of service from designing mold, extrusion to manufacture according to mold, Various plastic molds are available. Our plastic mold manufactory can either design molds for you or manufacture to your designs.

Our factory is equipped with lathes, drilling machines, CNC processing center and can manufacture sophisticated parts for you. We promise to keep all your information strictly confidential.

Presently we have cooperated with customers from U.S.A., Egypt and other countries. We hope that out advantage in labor resource will bring us more cooperation with our foreign friends.

Aluminum Alloy Profile manufacture

Our alloy manufactory can either design molds for you or make molds according to your sample or design.

We have 1600-ton extrusion equipment and can turn out your mold within 2 to 3 weeks after we received your design.

If the following manufacture according to the mold is also done by our factory, we only charge you a low fee for the mold.

We keep all the information concerning your mold and relative products strictly confidential and will not manufacture for other customers according to your mold unless we get your approval. The fee of the mold is refundable if the manufacture of each mold is over 10 tons.

Aluminum Alloy Products Manufacture

We also provide manufacture of aluminum alloy products. We have sophisticated product workshops which are equipped with presses, drilling machines, grinding machines, milling machines and lathes.

We first send samples to you and our large scale manufacture begins after we get your approval of the samples.

Our foreign trade department can provide you services concerning packing, logistics and export.

Plastic products process

Our plastic mold manufactory can design and make plastic molds. You can also have your products manufactured in our manufactory. Our factory is equipped with CNC lathes, CNC drilling machines, CNC milling machines and CNC processing center and can make various sophisticated plastic molds.

Our manufacturing process goes like this: We first turn out the mold according to your design or sample product and then we send you a sample product turned out by this mold for you to check. Large scale manufacture will not start until you get satisfactory with the sample product. Fee for the mold and a deposit should be paid before the manufacture of products begins. We provide packing and logistic service after your inspection of the products.

Sophisticated Metal Parts Process

We boast advanced equipment and experienced technicians in processing sophisicated metal parts.

We make samples according to your design or actual product. Our process begins after you have confirmed the specifications and quality of our sample.

The samples are free of charge and the following process will be carried out in strict accordance with the sample confirmed by you.
